"Order was a little off"
I ordered one size and ended up getting a different one, and this is where it got annoying because I had to decide whether it was worth dealing with a return. It still worked out okay in the end, but it definitely wasn’t exactly what I asked for.

"Nice craftsmanship, but a little disappointed"
I got my bracelet from Helasjewelry and the craftsmanship is really nice. The details look clean, it feels solid, and it definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel. You can tell someone put time into making it. I just felt a little disappointed because I was expecting it to stand out a bit more in person, but overall it’s still a well-made piece

"Fair prices and no weird extra costs"
and I ended up buying a necklace from Helasjewelry after comparing a few other sites, and the price felt fair. It didn’t seem marked up or anything, which I appreciated.
I was half expecting some random extra fee to pop up at checkout, but everything stayed straightforward. The shipping cost was clear too, so overall I’m happy with what I paid.

"Pretty close on sizing"
I got my ring last week and the sizing was mostly what I expected from the chart. It does feel just a tiny bit snug, but not in a bad way—it’s still comfortable enough that I’ve been wearing it every day.

I liked the jewelry overall, it looks nice and arrived in good shape. It’s definitely pretty, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a bit more high-end. Not a bad purchase at all, just maybe not the best value

I ordered from helasjewelry.com and my item did show up in good condition, so no issue there. The shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update very quickly, which made me a little uneasy because I like knowing where my order is. I’m usually careful with online orders, so I kept checking until it arrived. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine

"Ended up being a great last-minute gift"
I kind of bought a necklace from Helasjewelry on impulse for my sister’s birthday because I had no idea what else to get her, it worked out really well. It looked really cute in person and came packaged nicely, so I didn’t have to scramble for wrapping or anything. She loved it right away, which was a relief. Definitely a good pick if you’re stuck and need a gift that feels thoughtful without overthinking it.

They did answer me really quickly, which I appreciated, but the information I got made things seem more straightforward than they actually were. Once I got further into it, I felt a little misled.

"Pretty at first, but it wore out fast"
I really liked how the necklace looked when I first got it, it had a nice shine and everything. But after wearing it a few times, the color already started fading, which was disappointing. Also, the clasp feels kind of flimsy, like I’m always checking if it’s still secure. It’s not terrible or anything, and it still looks okay from a distance, but for the price I thought it would hold up better.

"Cute pieces, just a little repetitive"
I liked browsing helasjewelry.com overall. The jewelry has a nice, simple style that feels easy to wear day to day. I saw a few rings and necklaces I actually really liked, really liked the clean look of them. After scrolling for a bit though, some of the pieces started to feel kind of similar to each other. It’s not a bad thing exactly, just made me wish there was a little more variety in the designs.

"Nice design, but I expected better quality"
I really like the way it looks, but the clasp feels weak and not as sturdy as I expected. It’s disappointing because the design is nice, but the quality doesn’t quite match. I’d appreciate an apology or some kind of acknowledgment from the seller.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size (totally my fault!!), so I had to do an exchange. The return instructions were actually really clear, and support got back to me quickly too!!! I got the new item without any hassle or weird back-and-forth... it was way easier than I thought it would be!! I'd definitely shop here again!!!

"Looks just like the photos"
It looks pretty much exactly like the photos, which I really appreciate. The color is just a little lighter in person, but it still looks nice and feels like a good buy.
